What's a word that best sums up 2021 for you? Mine is brought to you by the letter M... M for monotonous. It's the only word I can think of, to sum up, this year.

Today I am giving you a few tips and planning exercises to head into the New Year fresh and ready to go. We can often go into the New Year very slowly and without any plan but I can assure you, having at least 90 days planned out and ready will change your mindset and get you ready to rock.
